I have been using the T-100 Elite since they replaced the M-100 in all my shoes, walking tennis shoe, everyday tennis shoes, casual shoes and even in my boots (everyday boot and winter boot) and always keep my body inline which has tremendously helped with my knee pain! The are AWESOME!!!!

I have been other from my foot Doctor for over 20 years.
I find these more comfortable more supportive and the only trouble I have is kind of a pain to change one shoe to another.
